  • A global pharmaceutical company had a hypertension therapy whose revenue had been eroded since the introduction of a competing generic.  The client wanted to protect their current patient base and grow the therapy’s market share in the emerging markets.  As part of this work, the client asked Bridgehead to create a pricing and access toolkit for these countries, which was to serve as an easy-to-use guide for diagnosing market issues and identifying solutions.The client also wanted to understand additional tactics and strategies of innovative pricing and access solutions in these countries that had not surfaced in its research up-to-date.
